From the makers of Google, comes Picasa 2. Picasa 2 is out and Hello has an updated version with more emoticons. Although Picasa 2 has a really bulky interface (the first one is much simpler and cleaner), functionality is great! Nice timing too considering Flickr is likely competition. With Picasa 2, one can create collages like the one above in addition to edit a photo on the spot while being able to perserve the original file. Other features include seamless integration with file exports, email, Hello and Blogger. One package, one photo management system - way to go Google!
